The Inspiring Journey of Zahir Kebab Ten years ago, in 2014, a young man named Jahirul Islam stepped off the train at Ostrów Wielkopolski station in Poland. He was hungry, tired, and with a three-hour layover ahead of him. As he searched in vain for a decent meal nearby, an idea was born. That very evening, he decided: “If I can’t find a kebab here, I’ll open one.” And that’s exactly what he did. From that modest spark of inspiration, Zahir Kebab was born. A Dream That Became a Movement What began as a small kebab shop has grown into one of Poland’s fastest-growing gastronomy chains, boasting nearly 160 branches across the country. Behind this incredible journey are two visionary brothers Jahirul Islam and Jahidul Islam whose shared passion, relentless work ethic, and commitment to quality have built not just a brand, but a kebab empire. It owes its history to the ZAHIR KEBAB brand , which is the most famous and fastest growing chain of fast food restaurants in Poland. Rollo Kebab is a fresh snack with an extended shelf life, containing many valuable health ingredients, thanks to which it is rated as one that can be consumed frequently in the NUTRI-SCORE system. Our VISION was to create a healthy and nutrient-rich alternative to warm, unhealthy snacks such as hot dogs or hamburgers. Every day we work on improving the product. We train our team, implement new procedures, look for optimal solutions, certify the plant. It is planned to open about 10 premises a year and to enter the offer more widely to partners who have their own point of sale network. Zahir Kebab dishes are made of 100% Polish products. Every day we deliver fresh vegetables, which we prepare for direct consumption. The success of our unique taste is our sauce prepared according to a unique recipe. The selected meat in our products is enriched with special mixtures of herbs and spices, which make the taste unique and expressive, which makes it characteristic only for our restaurants.
